RELATIONSHIP CHALLENGES TAKING A TOLL ON YOUR LIFE?

Let’s face it - Relationships aren’t easy. That initial attraction and mysterious spark that drew you together initially changes over time. Some aspects of this change are welcome: a deeper sense of security and connection, partnership as you face life's challenges, sanctuary after a hard day's work. And yet, so often couples arrive in couples counseling with complaints about unwelcome changes in their marriage.

  • Frequent arguments (and/or repeating the same argument over and over)

  • Icy distant spells

  • Parenting disagreements

  • Betrayals

  • Growing apart as you tend to the various demands of your life

The same person who once made you feel loved, connected and cherished is the very same who can make you feel most vulnerable, upset and neglected.
